Client & Prospect Privacy Notice

A supplement to the navorapartners.com Privacy Policy. Last updated: June 10, 2026

This notice describes how Navora Partners (operated by C&V Growth Partners LLC) collects, uses, and retains the business and financial data that prospective and current clients share with us during the Growth Strategy diagnostic and related engagements. It supplements our main privacy policy, which covers data collected automatically through our website (cookies, analytics, advertising trackers). Where this notice and the main policy address the same topic, this notice controls for diagnostic data.

1. What this notice covers

This notice covers the data you submit to us directly as part of the Growth Strategy diagnostic or any subsequent engagement. That includes the contents of files, exports, dashboards, and reports you share with us by upload, link, or shared access.

It does not cover data we collect automatically when you visit navorapartners.com. That data is governed by our main Privacy Policy and your Privacy Choices widget.

2. What we collect

During the Growth Strategy diagnostic, we ask you to share the following categories of data about your business:

  • Business and financial information about your company, including profit and loss data, cost of goods sold, advertising spend, fulfillment and operating cost constants, and promotional calendars.
  • Advertising, analytics, and email and SMS platform data, including campaign-level performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions), email and SMS performance, attribution dashboards, and conversion tracking configuration.
  • Aggregated customer data exported from your ecommerce platform. Customer-level personal identifiers are removed before submission. We do not request or accept customer names, email addresses, or other direct identifiers at the diagnostic stage.
  • Post-purchase survey responses, with personal identifiers removed where present.
  • Marketing context you choose to share, such as creative assets and a short list of competitor names.

The overwhelming majority of this data is business and financial information about your company. We minimize collection of personal information about your customers by design.

3. How we use it

We use the data you share with us for two purposes only:

  • Delivering your Growth Strategy. We analyze the data to produce the diagnostic, findings, and recommendations that we share back with you.
  • Improving our internal benchmarks and analytical models. We use what we learn across engagements to sharpen our methodology, refine our benchmarks, and improve the quality of our future work. Any data used for this purpose beyond your own diagnostic is used in aggregate, without your brand name or your customers' personal identifiers attached.

What this means in practice: We will never publish, share, or reference your company by name in any benchmark, training material, case study, or public deliverable without your explicit written permission.

4. How long we keep it

We retain the data you share with us indefinitely for the purposes stated above. We believe that maintaining a long-term reference library of de-identified business patterns produces sharper analysis for every brand we work with. You can request deletion of personal information at any time (see Section 8).

5. Sharing and sale

We do not sell the data you share with us during the diagnostic.

We do not share it with third parties for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.

We may share it with the following limited categories of service providers, only as necessary to operate our business and only under written confidentiality obligations:

  • Cloud storage and document management providers (for example, Google Drive) that host the files you share with us.
  • Analytical tools that we use internally to process and review the data.
  • Legal, accounting, or insurance advisors, where required.

We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

6. How we protect it

  • We restrict internal access to the data to the team members directly involved in your engagement.
  • Files are stored in access-controlled cloud environments.
  • We do not request customer-level personal identifiers. Where any are inadvertently included in what you share, we remove them on receipt.
  • We do not transmit your data to any party outside the controls described above.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Know what data we hold about your company.
  • Receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you as an individual (for example, the name and email of the contact person who submitted the data).
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of personal information.
  • Withdraw your consent to any processing that is based on consent.

Specific jurisdictional rights are described below.

If you are in California or another US state with privacy laws

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state laws, you have the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, as well as the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. As stated in Section 5, we do not sell or share the data covered by this notice, so the opt-out rights apply by default. For website tracking data, please use the "Your Privacy Choices" widget on navorapartners.com.

If you are in Canada

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws (including Quebec's Law 25 and Alberta's PIPA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction, and withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual restrictions. You may also file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy commissioner.

If you are in Australia

Under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you (APP 12) and request correction (APP 13). You may file a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

8. How to submit a request

To exercise any of the rights above, contact us at [email protected]. Please include:

  • Your name and the company you are associated with.
  • The nature of your request (access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, complaint).
  • Enough detail for us to identify the data you are asking about.

We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, and in any case within the time limits required by the law that applies to you. Requests are free of charge.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Where changes materially affect how we handle your data, we will notify active clients and prospects by email.
